Many times, when we decide to move to another city or another country, it is vitally important to find a place where we can experience first-hand the daily life of the residents of that particular area. This is why our agency has entered into a business partnership with a native family from San Ramon. They have worked hard to design and build this beautiful villa project with the intention of offering the foreign community a safe, welcoming and local place where they can begin to experience Costa Rican culture.
This family thought of every detail when building this housing project, which is why they designed the villas with multiple purposes, as they are also adapted for disabled people who use wheelchairs or who have some physical disability.
The units are brand new and are waiting to be inaugurated by people who need a place to live, preferably for a long stay. The Facility is Pet Friendly, so if you have pets are welcome to move with you, however there is an extra $200 refundable fee on the deposit.
The villas are offered furnished or unfurnished, all of them are exactly the same and have the right to one parking space per villa. The distribution of the villas is as follows:
1 large bedroom (where a second bed could be installed) with full bathroom included
Kitchen
Living room
Full bathroom for visitors
Attic on the “second floor” where it could perfectly be conditioned as a second bedroom.
On the property, as a common area you can enjoy a typical Costa Rican rancho, where you can enjoy the peace to read, do yoga or cook outside, beautiful garden, a one-kilometer trail immersed among fruit trees, beautiful flowers and teak trees, perfect for your daytime walks, a “bochas” court and this family is also planning to build a pickle ball court for 2025.
As previously mentioned, we are looking for long-term residents, preferably under a one-year contract for the non-furnished Unit.
For the furnished units we are hoping to get residents for at least 3 months of Stay.
Price for the furnished unit is $1.300 per month
Price for non-furnished unit is $1.000 per month
