I understand that life is short and that everyone deserves a chance to experience all that life, and Costa Rica, have to offer. I moved my family to Costa Rica over 6 years ago in an attempt to live life to the fullest and to pursue our dreams as well as to escape the crazy lifestyle we found ourselves in. Understanding that life isn’t about all of the things that we can acquire or possess, but about a chance to explore and experience the many things that are so easily taken for granted drives me. Time with friends and family is to be cherished far above material things and I believe that Costa Rica offers a climate and an abundance of activities that can add to some of our best opportunities to enjoy life to the fullest. I am eager to help with all aspects of your transition should you decide you are ready for a change.
I have been in the Real Estate business for over 20 years both representing clients as well as for my own investment purposes. I am well versed in investment properties, residential and commercial properties, and all they encompass: Appraisals, inspections, rental management, ethics, buyers agent specialties and more. I spent ten years in the financial services industry along side of my Real Estate business. The combination of the two financial arenas allows me to not only compare real estate as an investment option, but also to define the best options for clients if they are considering using their IRA to purchase property, especially in Costa Rica. By thinking ‘out of the box’, I am able to look at properties and provide a great investment by diversifying portfolios and using tax advantages, while still providing a place to call ‘home’ for my clients. Believing that referrals and a good reputation is key to my practice, I focuses on going the extra mile to help my clients settle in to their new lifestyle and home. If you are looking to buy or sell, I can help.
Please let me show you our little corner of the world tucked away in the mountains of San Ramon with a distant view of the Pacific Ocean. If the question haunts you like it did me…..Why Not Costa Rica?!…..contact me!
